The key that you are using is a Standard key.  You need a Professional key.

I have installed the Ideablade Classic 3.6.9.1 on my development PC.  But I do not see the Ideablade.UI.WinForms.DevExpresscontrols DLL anywhere.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
