Have been working with Devforce for some time, had felt reasonably comfortable - that is, until I got past the CRU and hit the D part of the process. I have tried all of these seemingly-infallible methods of deleting an object - which have failed every time. No errors, just no deletions. The manager also returns "no changes" immediately after the deletion. I tried this forum and found a couple of hints on how to proceed, but no success. Can send code if necessary. How could something so simple be so complicated?

Try the "Adding and Deleting Business Objects" Fundamentals Tutorial.  If that does not help you, send a sample solution that tries to delete a row in a table of IdeaBlade Tutorials database to support@ideablade.com
