Which assembly & ns contains ControlBindingManager?

I am trying to compile code which uses IdeaBlade and the code is looking for a class called ControlBindingManager. Visual Studio cannot find it which leads me to believe the assembly of namespace is missing or incorrect. 
 
What assembly and namespace contains ControlBindingManager?

IdeaBlade.UI.WinForms.   You can look it up yourself in "Reference Help".

Not finding it - I only have an IdeaBlade.UI.DLL and an IdeaBlade.UI.WinForms.DotNetControls.Dll and as you can see from the object browser view below, neither has it.
 
Side question: Is there an online reference help I can use?

You should be able to find an IdeaBlade.UI.WinForms.dll in your installation directory and in the GlobalAssemblCache (GAC).  If you can't find the file, maybe you need to reinstall.
 
The Reference Help is available as a shortcut in your Programs Menu under "IdeaBlade DevForce Classic v36.10.0" - "Documentation" - "Referencer Help".
