hi
I installed devexpress v8.2.3  then
installed IdeaBladeDevForce-3.6.4.1 then
run toolbox installer and tick devxpres v 8.2 this message appear:
 
the 'devexpress v8.2' suite cannot be loaded.
please check that this control suite has actually been installed on this machine.

You posted this in the wrong Forum.  This Forum is for .NET 4 and Silverlight 4.  You want the Classic Forum.
 
Try looking at the suggestions in the post below:
 
 
If you can't figure out the source of your problem, try using the fusion log viewer.
 
Are you using a 64-bit OS?
 
Can you try using DevForce Classic 3.7.1?
