Yes, we are aware of this setting. We didn't want to recommend changing it and risking that developers forget to change it back once we have the parallel build issues fixed.

As you know there is an error when you try to compile a solution with multiple Code first model http://www.ideablade.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=3426&KW=vs2012&title=code-first-generation-in-617-with-vs11-beta ).

I found out that setting (under Build & Run) this option to 1 (by default it's 4), allow us to compile without error. The backside is the build takes more time.
