DevForce-2010.6.1.14/15 Installation failed on XP SP3, VS2010.
Error is: Unable to run TemplateInstaller.exe ("..error occured. Application will close..")
Manual TemplateInstaller.exe launch from C:\Program Files\DevForce 2010\Tools cause the same error.

It seems that all necessary files are in  C:\Program Files\DevForce 2010\
Whether there is some way to complete installation manually (avoiding TemplateInstaller.exe usage)?

[Solved]
Finally I have found a workaround.

TemplateInstaller.exe debug revealed the internal error message: "directory not found":
"C:\Program Files\DevForce 2010\TemplateBackups\ItemTemplates\DevForce%202010"

So I have created this directory manually:
"C:\Program Files\DevForce 2010\TemplateBackups\ItemTemplates\DevForce%202010"
and then launched TemplateInstaller.exe successfully
and then launched installer again with "Repair" option.

Now DevForce installed successfully.
