When I put a ControlBindingManager on a form, I get these strange warnings in my debuglog about unable to initialize UI binder for DevExpress and Infragistics controls.

This is an old bug that has been often reported.  The summary of the bug reads:

Binder probing for support assemblies looks for things I'm not referencing at all like Infragistics. Now, with 3.1.3, it's hunting for 6+ DevEx libraries I'm not referencing, e.g., "Unable to initialize UI binder for type: IdeaBlade.UI.WinForms.DevExpressControls.MemoEditDataBinder/nException: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.XtraEditors.v6.1, Version=6.1.3.0, ..."

These look like app failures when they are not. Strongly prefer that we not probe for unnecessary DLLs

This is a High Priority bug that is fixed in DevForce 3.5.2..
