Need Beta3 to install?

I'm trying to just get installed and getting an error stating I need Silverlight Beta3. I can't see where to get the beta since it's not in beta anymore. Is there a way around this message?

Bad error message.  It should just say "Silverlight 3".  This often happens because users install Silverlight 3 and don't install the Tools.  Read the Installation Guide.
