how can i make it faster when query large amount of data? |

Devforce + EF to query data is really slow, but normally it can be acceptable if the data isn't required too much, but when I implement the report feature of the system, it needs to load large amount of data from DB, so it's really slow when i do the query to generate a report. so is there any way to resolve it?
