Hello,
for a new project I'll starting on next week I was wondering if I can use Devforce 2012 ... is there any particular thing I've to keep in mind? Can I bind the entities directly to Razor engine?

Just as with DevForce 2010, you can use DevForce 2012 in an ASP.NET application.  However, our JavaScript product, Breeze, is much better suited for this.  If you haven't already seen it, take a look at http://www.breezejs.com/.
