I have a table with Key OrganizationId and another table with Key FacilityId.
 
The relation is OrganizationId = FacilityId. They are 1:1 why are they showing as 1:M in the Mapping tool?

OneToMany is the Object Mapper default. You can manually change the cardinality to OneToOne.
