There used to be complete documentation on setting up the various configurations for BOS. I don't see them anymore in the new WIKI format. Does anyone have a  copy of the complete documentation for BOS?

It's not clear to me what exactly you are refering to.
Are you refering to BOS deployment? If so, you can still find the information at http://drc.ideablade.com/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/Topic_Deployment - http://drc.ideablade.com/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/Topic_Deployment . (as well as sample config files)
 
Otherwise, please clarify what information you are looking for.
