Just looked at the release notes and had a couple of questions:

Firstly, the new Namespace is much better. Thanks for removing the v4 stuff ;-)

Secondly, should we remove the template zip file for ModelExplorer that we manually placed in the VS2008 template section before we do the installation?

Thirdly, is it better to uninstall RC1 using control panel Add/Remove programs before the new install?

The ModelExplorer template which worked with RC1 won't be removed when you uninstall RC1, but it also won't work with RC2.  An updated ModelExplorer template for RC2 will be available soon.
 
It's not only better to uninstall RC1 before installing RC2, it's required!  :)
