Hi;

Would it be possible to get the guide in MS Word format? I like to highlight the important parts where you can not do that with PDF file.

Can you make it available on the site for download?

Thanks Greg;

I had originally looked at this link (the word file) and somehow I didn't see the "Filter Query" in chapter 7 and I thought the file is still from RC1. I looked at it again now and I can see it. I Must have missed it before.
