Hi,
I'm researching now DF for our upcoming SL project, there's one thing that I'm wondering is there a way to create a run time dynamic filtering on queries that is not predictable in advance, lets say you have a combo box with field names and the values will be taken from a text box or so, and there could be a list of filters, so I was wondering on how this is supposed to work in DF.

What you need is very similar to this post - http://www.ideablade.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1383 - http://www.ideablade.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1383 - so I see a trend developing :-). We'll be adding this type of filtering capability to the ObjectDataSource soon, and per my response in the referenced post we'll make this generally available outside of the ODS too.
