I'm trying to install Universal Express 5.2.6 on a Windows XP SP3 virtual machine running under Windows 7 64bit with Virtual PC 2007.
 
When I enter the Product Key and click Next, the form flickers but doesn't change and doesn't give me a message.  I requested a new key but it's the same one I've had before so I don't understand the problem.  I've tried cut and paste as well as typing the key in manually.
 
What might cause this behavior?
