I'm getting an Error Connection once I deploy my project

What's the exact error message? Have you looked at the DebugLog.xml?
What kind of app are you trying to deploy? Silverlight or WPF?
Have you looked at the http://drc.ideablade.com/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/configure-deploy - DevForce Resource Center deployment section ? Have you taken the same steps provided there or have you done something different?
