I was wondering if Devforce Classic will work with the upcoming version of Visual Studio 11 ?

DevForce Classic will work with VS 11 once it goes to final release. The current VS 11 beta, and the upcoming RC, are not supported.

A new version of DevForce Classic will be released in the first half of December. It will support Visual Studio 2012.
