If you you upgrade to the nexr version of WinClient, you will be able to keep an older (or a more recent) version of DevForce Classic.

I have got the same error as another member when saving in the object mapper, namely HRESULT E_FAIL.
 
The suggested solution is to upgrade to the latest version.
 
Has anyone resolved this issue without upgrading?
 
If I upgrade to the next version of EF (WinClient), can I keep my original version of Classic?
 
I need to be in sync with my colleagues re: Classic.
