Search Validation Through Verification.pdf for the string "Localization and Internationalization". There is a section by that name.

I have been struggling for a few hours with the localization of the Verifier messages.

I have found the VerifierErrorsResource.resx file, but I am not sure how to utilize it in a Silverlight project.
I have read the documentation (Validation Through Verification.pdf), but I cannot find anything regarding this subject.

Could someone explain me how to localize these messages in Silverlight 3?
