By the way, I just want to test the app using two tier connecting directly to the database. Do I need to do something to my web config file?

Could not load fill or assembly 'Ideablade.Core.XmlSerializers'
 
URI formats are not supported
 
No connection could be made because the server actively refused it.
 
I can connect to the sql server in design mode and in my classic edition application
 
Any suggestions?
