Currently that is only to manage the Documentation spaces. In the collaboration spaces, we will post that the login is for registered users and have a "Register" link as well. Again, hopefully registration will only be for users without a forum account.

The documentation and code sample areas of the "Resource Center" are read-only and therefore there is no registration or login required to use these resources. We do plan to have a collaboration space in the future which might have access to the forum server's user database.
