You will find the IdeaBlade.VisualStudio.OM.CodeGenerator.dll at
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0\Extensions\IdeaBlade, Inc\DevForce EDM Designer Extension\6.1.7.0

Our group has a custom DomainModelTemplate that we use to generate some extra artifacts during the code generation process.
 
IdeaBlade.VisualStudio.OM.CodeGenerator.dll no longer exists... Where did it go?
