I also had a similar problem.
Upgrading from 7.0.1 beta to 7.0.2 didn't upgrade the import section. In my csproj I still had reference on IdeaBlade.DevForce.Aop.7.0.1-beta1 IdeaBlade.DevForce.Common.targets. re-adding the Code first package fixed it.

Good question, we haven't seen the problem with the path before, and do need to look into this.  Which version of the NuGet Package Manager do you have?  Are you using the new hierarchical configuration feature?
 
If you see the problem with other Code First model projects, then yes, you will need to change it manually until we get this resolved.

Ok, it's the EntityModelMetadataDeploy task which generates the ibmmx file and without that nothing will work, so we need to determine why the task isn't being run.
 
Turn "build output verbosity" to normal, in the Options/Projects/Build and Run setting under the Tools menu, to ensure we see any messages generated by the task. 
 
If after doing this, you still don't see anything when building Zeus.DomainModel, check the following:
 - the project contains a DevForce.cf marker file
 - open the project file in a text editor and make sure it contains import statements for both PostSharp and DevForce, as shown here - http://drc.ideablade.com/devforce-2012/bin/view/Documentation/code-first-entity-classes#HInstallDevForceCodeFirstsupport

I removed the ibmmx from CodeFirstWalk.Model and dont regenareted

and of course install Code First NuGet package

"Build" output window dont report any EntityModelMetadataDeploy task.
Only three warnings about PostSharp - my project dont have PostSharp Tab to SkipPostSharp=true

Check the "Build" output window to see what it shows for the EntityModelMetadataDeploy task.  It may indicate the problem.
 
Also make sure that you've installed the DevForce 2012 Code First NuGet package to the model project.  The package will install the DevForce 2012 Core package, along with PostSharp and EntityFramework.   It also adds the DevForce.cf file and modifies the project file to import the task.   The PostSharp package will also modify the project file to ensure the assembly is "enhanced".

Hello,

I am trying to migrate from 2010 to 2012
I have completely uninstall DF 2010

Everything works very well in TempHire, no problem
but when trying to create an application manually (mirror of TempHire without changes)

denies the application to create ibmmx.

The strange thing is that when I delete the ibmmx 's from original TempHire thoose re-created without problem.

Can someone tell me the wrong?

ps. I use only the nuget to import the assemblies
      and the PostSharp v2.1.7.22 install it clear.
      I use 64 bit OS
