I just tried this on a new blank WPF project and everything was fine. When I go to start a new project and add Cocktail via NuGet, after I accept the license agreement, I get the following error:
    Install failed. Rolling back...
    Authors is required.

When I go to accept the license agreement, I noticed that the Author: is blank on for IdeaBlade.Cocktail, but the Author: is set to IdeaBlade for both Cocktail.Utils and IdeaBlade.DevForce.Core.

Did the latest update to NuGet break this?
