There are some non-English versions of Visual Studio in which the Object Mapper will not appear without some additional help.  Try this thread on the Forum:

Hello, everyone

I want install devforce over visual studio 2005 in spanish, but only installed the toolbar but not the menu

I answer is, DevForce be install in Visual Studio 2005 in English?
and, Need I, someone especial version of vs, for example enterprise or work in al versions
