Looks like the tabs are cycling through all pages that have been loaded into the application--it gets even worse if you've also loaded the Administration module, plus there's a trace message written to the output window that gives it away!
 
We'll try to take a look at it.

1. Load and Run the Cabana Solution
2. Click Sales Orders
3. Put focus in the "Fax" text box.
4. Start pressing tab and determine how many times you must press to get focus into Id box (14 by my count)
5. Click "Sales Reps" (Make sure it loads)
6. Click "Sales Orders"
7. Put focus back in the "Fax" text box

This time notice you must press tab over twice the amount of times to get focus back in the Id box.
