I didn't see that post yet, looks indeed helpful. <br />Using Reflector I was already able to make my own DevExpress data binder to partly solve this problem. But what I am seeing now is that using a TextEdit together with the DevForce ControlBindingManager is 2 error icons (in case of an error). On the left there is the DevExpress Error icon, with a generic error message "Invalid value", and on the right there is the .net Error Icon (from ErrorProvider) with the specific message "Lastname is required".<br /><br />I would like to use (only :-)) the DevExpress one, so is that possible?
