Not sure what is all means.

That is normal.. If you go to the learn course of the kit. You will see that DevForce replace the standard EF 4 tool . That is the reasong that "<removeTorestore>" is there.. To modify your model with DevForce just double click the model file and you are there.. If you want to revert to the standar EF tool. Just remove "<removeTorestore>"  and you will not get the devForce tools.

Yes, that is correct.  DevForce replaces the Entity Framework code generation template, so we renamed it in case you wanted to get it back later.
