We have OData support today which will let you access your DevForce objects on Windows Phone 7 (or iPhone, Android, Java, etc - see http://www.odata.org/developers/odata-sdk).  Our implementation supports both reading and updating.  We're still writing up the documentation, but you can get a head start here:

Once Silverlight 4 is working on WP7, then the full DevForce API will be available on there as well.

I would like to be able to access a subset of my apps data on Windows Phone 7.  Is DevForce on the phone supported?  I was looking at Ria Services on the phone, and as far as I know, they hope to have to working once the phone is up to Silverlight 4 (I believe it's running SL3 currently).

Will it be a similiar thing for DevForce?

I am sure you get tired of comparisons to WCF Ria Services, but it's what I am famliar with. :)
