I've tried googling more on this and it seems like you have to do it on the host machine. But I could be wrong. Here's a better write up on the problem.

I saw that but it doesn't explain which machine to do it on. Do I do it on the server. If so which user. It isn't acceptable to do it on each host machine.

Every morning I come in my BOS is non responsive : "Unable to login: Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a a failure in starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed.
 
Any assistance would be great.
