This error, which would sometimes happen in version 6.0.4, usually meant that the OM Designer Extension was not properly installed.  The workaround was to use the OM Designer Extension Installer shortcut.  In version 6.0.5, we believe we have fixed the occasional installation problem with the OM Designer Extension.

I rereated my project. I copied in all the files from the old one and recreated the domain model which recreated these files. I am not sure why it happened in the first place. It has not happened since.
