If you could provide a bit more background information with future requests, it would make it easier to help you with your problems. In general, some context is useful-- it is good to know what error you are getting, but we also need to know where you get that error, what is happening in your application when you catch it, and other related data.

From the exception message you've posted, though, it looks as if you either need to configure your application to allow anonymous login, or you need to set it up to authenticate, either with a specific user or with a guest user. Information on both of these can be found in the DRC; I would suggest starting with the section on authentication, which will set you right.
