Assembly binding redirection failed for NetAdvantage 2008 vol 2

I'm working on a project which is using NetAdvantage 2008 vol 2 (version 8.2) controls. I tried to redirect assembly bindings from v8.1 to v8.2 using app.config and machine.config files but could not succeeded.

So I want to know, "Is it possible to use DevForce 3.6.2.2 BindingManagers to bind to NetAdvantage 8.2 controls?" If the answer is affirmative then what is the right direction to achieve my goal.
