Hi rosmena,

Each sample focus on one or a few capabilities of DevForce. You will find information about each of them in the DevForce Resource Center.

Regards,
   Silvio.

Thanks for the heads up.

We'll be fixing it shortly.
By the way, we are redesigning and enriching the DevForce Resource Center. It will include detailed rewrites of many topics as well as new ones.

It will be out with the release of DevForce 6.0.9.0.

Silvio.

Thanks for the reply, Silvio.

I was looking in the DRC at http://drc.ideablade.com/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/ASPNET-Security when I posted this forum message. FWIW, the ASP.NET security link on that page is broken. The closest equivalent I can find now is http://www.asp.net/security/tutorials.

I'll look at the Silverlight Sample you mention. I'd seen that before, but I was looking for an ASP.NET sample.

Hi jkaster,

With DevForce installation, you will have the API .chm file, which is also available online at http://drc.ideablade.com/ApiDocumentation/webframe.html.

As for learning resources, you might want to check the DevForce Resource Center. There you will find valuable information as well as code samples for download.

In our resource center, you can find information about security at http://drc.ideablade.com/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/secure and its code samples at http://drc.ideablade.com/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/code-samples-security

You can also check our Silverlight Business Application Templates as they implement authentication. (Create a new solution and select a BAT among DevForce templates)

Regards,
   Silvio.

I keep seeing mention of the "Learning Resources" that should have been installed with DevForce, which include code samples for things like ASP.NET applications with security implemented. Is this part of the standard install, or something I'm supposed to download somewhere else? I've checked the installation guide and release notes, and neither mention the Learning Resources installation.

I have DevForce 2010 Universal 6.0.8
