Missing ServerConsole.exe file

I have an IdeaBlade DevForce Express 3.5.2 installed and I can't find the file "ServerConsole.exe". Should I reinstall the product or is it some kind of limitation for Express version?

The ServerConsole.exe is the binary for the Business Object Server (BOS).  You need an "Enterprise Edition (with BOS)" key.
