Are there any existing examples of how to add and delete from within a xtragrid?  I have set the OptionsView.NewItemRowPosition to Top on the Gridview but I am unsure which event I should be hooking into to create the new object.

There are some great examples in the Intermediate Tutotial on "Add-Delete with Child Grid" .  There are examples for DotNet, DevExpress, and Infragistics Grids.  Be sure to look at all solutions including C# and VB as the solutions are not the same for both languages.  Also look at the documentation as well as the Non-Tutorial solutions.
