Is it possible to:
a) change the  RemoteBaseURL at runtime, so that is communicates to another BOS.
b) keep several RemoteBaseURL in the config-file. (Just like keeping several connection strings)

No.  It is not currently possible.  However,  we have had other customers who have asked for this feature, and we currently have an open feature request for this functionality.

The current status is that this is a feature enhancment with no scheduled delivery date.
