In version 6.0.1, we had a bug in setting up the endpoint address on the client so that it did not use the correct URL for the server.  (See this thread for more detail: http://www.ideablade.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1738 - http://www.ideablade.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1738  )
 
We have released a patch that fixes this (and a few other issues with the Release Candidate).  You can get it here:
