Hello,

I would like to upgrade an application that currently relies on DevForce Classic to DevForce EF.

Is there a migration guide or "best practices" guide available?

Thank you

Andreas

No, there is no such "best practices" guide.  My recommendation would be to work with the DevForce EF Learning Units to get familiar with the basics in a controlled environment that is purposely kept reasonably simple; then write a few simple small-scale apps of your own that replicate important features of your Classic app. Ask us some questions along the way.

Then you should be ready to do your port, and you can reuse code you developed in your "experimental" apps.
