After installing DevForce EF version 4.2.2 the toolbox installer is missing from the start menu.

I also do not see it in widows/programfile/ideablade/

The most likely explanation for this is that at some previous time you had installed our v3 version, IdeaBlade DevForce IdeaBlade. If DevForce EF sees that the v3 product is installed, it will not install the ToolBox Installer.
