I try to open the Silverlght samples but the i get an error
 
Unable to read the project file 'FirstSilverlightApp.csproj'
 
underlying line would be the reason why the project can not be opened
 
 <TargetFrameworkIdentifier>Silverlight</TargetFrameworkIdentifier>

I found the problem, sorry
 
I think i am missing the Silverlight Tools 4 for vs2010
