The Devforce EF Object Mapper does not show up under tools.
 
Does not appear in the Add In Manager either?

Unlike DevForce 2009, there is no Object Mapper in the Tools menu of Visual Studio for DevForce 2010.  The Obkect Mapper has been replaced by the IdeaBlade OM Designer Extension.  See:
